Ryan Hamaker

I earned my MSIRE, Masters of Science in International Real Estate at Florida International University in 2020. My recently acquired Master of Science in International Real Estate (MSIRE) gave me hands-on experience to learn the most up-to-date industry fundamentals with all the phases of multifamily, retail, office and industrial real estate analysis, valuation, financing options and acquisition. My company currently owns SFR rental properties in Tampa FL, Detroit and Montgomery AL. Our goal is to add as many smart cashflowing additions to our portfolio. I would like to connect with many experienced and inexperienced real estate investors. I'm also seeking to develop strong ties to savvy real estate agents with familiarity working with investors in the Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco County area who know how to identify strong cash-flowing properties. Also would like to make meaningful connections with passive investors. I come from a long line of teachers and make time to talk real estate with both new and experienced investors. Topics I'm familiar with are property selection, financing options and sources, partnerships, financial modeling for investment presentations, property management, etc. I'm always happy to accept new introductions via Bigger Pockets.
