Currently work a full-time W2. Spent 2019 on education, knowledge, networking, meetups, events, conferences. 2020 completed first SFR; made first passive investment in multifamily 120 unit 1988 build in Greenville, SC. 2022 I am boots on ground for MF ~50-200 units, B&C, 1980-2005-ish, in Greenville SC and Greensboro, NC MSA’s. Interested in JV for ~20-50 units, 1970+. Also actively looking for self storage, 5-25k NRSF. I enjoy the acquisitions process (e.g. underwriting, touring properties, networking) but am disciplined to execute and accomplish any tasks that will accelerate and further my opportunities. I am interested to partner with individuals where asset management and capital raising would be their primary focus. #MIH
