Started with a break even SFR rental (used to be primary residence) in Denver CO in 2007, the property appreciated a lot so sold it and 1031 exchanged proceeds into cash flowing 4plex in Boise Idaho in 2015. After watching the 4plex do well for a few years, closed on cash flowing triplex in Nampa Idaho in 2019. Looking to leverage the 4plex and Triplex into cash flowing 5+ multi-family preferably in Florida area or within approx. 300 miles.
