I own and operate a few coffee shops and coffee roastery business In Brandon Manitoba Canada. I had an empty lot next to the coffee roastery building and had a contractor friend built some self storage units for me. I had no idea how good the self storage business was at the time. It has since taken off and now I have 195 units plus another 4 acres for rv and trailer storage. Also 36,000 sq ft of indoor storage for cars and boats that I will be converting to large garage spaces as demand picks up.
