About myself
Full time real estate agent and part time real estate investor. I have had as many as 5 rental properties, but am currently down to 2 rentals. I have done 3 flips. I am actively implementing the BRRR strategy on my homes. I buy approximately 2 homes per year. As a real estate agent, I sell around 25 homes per year, and about 15 rentals per year.
