In 2010, I started the bike shop, Standard Bike Repair in my cottage home in Boulder, Colorado. Since the birth of my daughter six years ago, I have turned my interests towards real estate, while actively maintaining the bike shop. It slows down during the Winter, and I work full time in RE. During the Spring/Summer, I tend to my most active real estate clients. I have completed four deals in my first two years.
