After starting with a FHA house-hack duplex in 2013 I have now grown my portfolio to 88 doors and continue to focus on growing my passive income and helping others do the same! In 2022 I started using and teaching creative financing techniques to help increase cash flow regardless of interest rates. This has been a HUGE success! My team and I consistently deliver off market creatively financed investment deals with 12%+ Cash on Cash returns and 25%+ IRR regardless of interest rates. In addition, by leveraging creative financing like contract for deed and lease option techniques, I can often help people who want to buy real estate but get turned down by traditional lending. Most people with at least 10-20% down can qualify for our unique program to get a home or rental property, even though the banks said NO! A little more about me....I grew up building and remodeling homes which seeded my passion for investing. It also gave me a solid base of first hand experiences and the ability to see potential in properties.
