At the beginning of 2024, I made the leap full-time into commercial multifamily investing, partnering with a mentor of mine, who's a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate investor. Our focus is on seeking value-add multifamily properties in Southeast Wisconsin, particularly in the 12-50 unit range. Prior to this, I consulted for ReZen, a real estate investing company based in Madison, WI. During my time there, I played a pivotal role in developing their business systems, gaining valuable insights into the inner workings of a real estate company.
