Current Experience: I purchase my first 3 family rental in May of 2016, and was able to get a good deal on this property due to it being a short sale. Since then, I partnered with a friend who has similar experience and we are about to sell our first rehabbed SFR. We also recently acquired an off-market duplex. Future: Going forward, we will continue to rehab SF and MF homes. The goal here would to be to fix and flip SF homes and to "BRRR" MF homes in need of work. Please reach out and connect!
