My name is Ryan Morgan and at 39 I have a strong desire to take control of my future. After being in upper level management in the utility industry for the last 8 years and always hitting a ceiling, I am ready to make a full time move in to real estate investing. I have done some general contracting building single family houses and additions. I also have light experience in the rental arena with buying 4 of my own rentals and selling one. I also am currently in the process of obtaining my real estate license as well to expand my skill set. I have an residential/commercial/industrial electrical background by trade as well a diverse knowledge and experience in the building trades. I am honest and one of the hardest working, failure is not an option type of person that you will ever meet.
