I'm a Sr Project Manager in Oregon by day and novice RE investor all other times. My wife and I just closed on our first property in Feb 2023 - a triplex. My near-term goals are to reach $10k/mo and be able to retire my wife within the next 2 years through multi-family RE. I am originally from TX, but have been in the PacNW for the past 8 years.
