Managing Partner at Cash Flow Champs, responsible for evaluating and implementing systems and processes to help streamline internal operations as well as deal transactions. I'm also involved with transaction coordination to make sure that the deals close, and provide on-going support after closing to help manage the assets so that they perform in a manner that provides investors with exceptional returns. I'm currently a general partner in six (6) multifamily properties totaling 571 units and a limited partner in two (2) multifamily properties totaling 342 units.
