Guest on Rookie Podcast #83. I have always had an interest in real estate investing. Bought my first two primary residences making use of roommates and saw the potential. I purchased my first true Buy and Hold investment - a duplex which I made some improvements to and currently see good rents on in May of 2018. Closed on my on my second investment property in April of 2020. Renovated and converted a 2/1 home into a 4/2. This will also be a buy and hold. Big fan of the OG Bigger Pockets podcast as well as the BP Money And Real Estate Rookie Podcasts as well. I rent to students. Looking to add at least one more door in summer of 2021.
