I live in the New Braunfels, TX area and have been doing real estate for over 3 years. I have done close to 100 deals, pre-foreclosure, land and fIx and flip deals. I focus primarily on dirty title property where the sellers cannot convey clear title due to inheritance issues, liens and much more. In reference to the inheritance issues, I buy partial interests as well. So if multiple heirs own a property, I will buy the shares of those individuals that are willing to sell and then work to clear the property's title through litigation. Currently Seeking: I am looking for dirty title deals where the seller is not able to sell as a buyer cannot receive clear title or that the seller only owns a partial interest in the property.
