Like many of the guests on the Bigger Pockets Podcast I fell into real estate investing by happenstance. My wife and I each bought a primary residence at the peak of the market back in our single days. We got married in 2010 shortly after the collapse and could not offload our properties, which we now rent out. While working hard to grow our nest egg we've become aware that our money is not working hard for us, and that's where we plan to change things!
