I am an investor from Virginia who is new to real estate but trying to learn as much as I can. My goal is to purchase our first real estate investment property in 2025 and have at least 10 doors by 2030. Experience: Have purchased, renovated and sold two personal homes. Currently renovating my grandparents 1882 Victorian home that my wife and I purchased after the home had been out of the family since 2003. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to accumulate a mix of single family homes and townhomes in the Winchester Virginia area. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking to grow my network and learn from successful single family home investors in my local area.
