I am a driven person, detail oriented and honest. I love adding value and prescribe to an abundance mindset and am willing to help anyone getting started especially inside my own market. Experience: Obtained my NE Real Estate license in May 2021. Prior to that I have completed a handful of buy and hold deals privately as an investor with long term financing in place. We recently have been learning the property management side, getting systems in place and have placed well vetted tenants into our properties. I learn something new everyday, and feel truly blessed! Currently Seeking: To help anyone in the Kearney market who has plans or looking to buy or sale a home, by providing that extra touch related to rehab education and design advice. Continue to increase my knowledge of buy and hold investing with relationship to financing deals and zeroing in on a long term strategy for sustained passive income.
