FYI Old BP Description from 2020 Below* Hi, My name is Ryan, I'm 17 with current aspirations to become a Real Estate Investor. Currently, I am Wholesaling and trying out different types of Wholesales to work around my age. Prior to Real Estate, I focused on Ecommerce, Social Media Marketing, and other Digital forms of Entrepreneurship. Starting late 2016 (October 31st) I decided to try this seemingly simple business model called Dropshipping. I started my own Instagram page in the niche of a TV Show called Stranger Things (Feel free to ask for the Instagram Username). I launched a website through a free application online that gave me a free domain and website because my parents did not allow me to have a debit or credit card (And because I was a 14, which they thought was too young). This whole business was hidden from my parents and I started out by organically growing the Instagram from 0 Followers to 24,000 within a year and a half. At the start, I used PayPal and had to message each person and convinced them to buy my merchandise since I could not pay for ads yet. Fast Forward to the end of 2018 I closed around $10,000 in revenue and I had started running Facebook Ads left and right, I had created 5 other websites in other niches, and I was creating user-friendly websites to funnel and bring leads for other clients working as a Shopify Developer. Hustling from 6am-12am and balancing Boy Scouts, Sports, and School was not an easy task but I did it. After 3 Years of Dropshipping, I decided to take a break and just focus on Influencer Marketing and growing one of my pages to 100,000 followers, and I did. At the end of the day, I'm still a kid and dropshipping was no longer as fun as it was so I just completely stopped by the end of 2019 and transitioned to thinking long term by gaining assets which would be through Real Estate. I'm looking forward to learning as much as I can to purchase my first property this year and house hack a multifamily through this awesome community!
