My name is Ryan Rogers and I have newly become interested in Real Estate. Looking forward to meeting new people and learn more strategies when it comes to investing. Currently have my primary residence (SFH) as my only investment and would like to expand with house hacking strategies and or buy and hold long term SFH/small multi family units in WA area and or BRRR out of state. Beginner but motivated and willing to do whatever it takes to learn and grasp all the information to succeed. Experience: House hacked 1st primary residence with a FHA 3.5% loan. Current rental. Currently house hacking a 4bed 2ba home in Tacoma, WA. 5% conventional loan. Living for very minimal a month. Looking to scale higher with 4/5 bed homes 2+ bath with unfinished/potential ADU and house hacking in the Tacoma area with multiple beds/baths. Eventually rent out to section 8 housing and continue this yearly. Also interested in 2-4 units that make sense. Currently getting my real estate license as well.
