Ryan Emrich is a dynamic real estate investor who began his journey while working full-time as a CPA. In 2019, he purchased his first three-family househack, leveraging HELOCs and strategic partnerships to transition into larger value-add deals. Ryan then went on to use direct mailers to find lucrative off-market opportunities. He has rapidly expanded his portfolio, utilizing partnerships and real estate syndications to undertake larger projects. By 2023, Ryan & his team had acquired nearly 90 units. In 2024, Ryan's team acquired a 20-unit apartment building in Springfield, MA, with additional deals under contract.
