Ryan Smart

I am from Brighton, but moved to Aurora to be closer to work. My old partner recommended this site to help look for other people who will be able to help us succeed in real estate investing. Experience: Little so far, I've taken/taking some classes on it and listen to podcasts about it. Real Estate Goals: I am wanting to finish working, and be able to live my life my way, while helping others, such as family, and the environment. I am also wanting to work on some ideas I have, travel, and have new experiences. Currently working towards: I'm currently working towards lots of over time, in order to pay off some debt, once that is close to being done, I'll save up some & do a heloc, in order to buy some rentals.
