Hi, my name is Ryan and I'm from Massachusetts. My passion for real estate started in 2013, when I helped some of my family members buy and renovate their investment properties. Which in turn added a lot of value and amazed me. After that experience I decided to buy my first 4 unit in 2016 for $345k and did a cash out refinance after BRRRing it for $520k. I was able to pull out $105k, which allowed me to purchase a 7 unit property in 2019. Update* I stabilized this asset through renovating/raising rents and I did a cash out refinance which was valued at $840k. This property still cash flows over $3,500 a month. 2021* I also just finished my first full rehab of a live in flip. We at Title Town Acquisitions Close on 2-3 properties a year, most recent is a 9 unit for $1,200,000. Once I find a partner or a few investors that enjoy real estate as much as I do and have the same goals. My plan will create millions of dollars from using the same strategy but on a much larger scale. Right now my goal is to BRRR 2 properties a year and reach $25,000 cash flow a month by 2023. I will own 50 units or more by 2023. I really enjoy everything about real estate, especially the people you meet and the things you learn. My main focus is to buy and hold as many properties as possible. My father owned a lot of rental properties when he was younger, which helped me learn the real estate business at a very young age. I restore and renovate people’s homes as my main career from the ground up after flood, fire, and mold damage. I own and operate All Pro Restoration. I really enjoy renovating properties especially my own.
