Ryan Smith

I've been a commercial photographer for over 15 years. While my career has given me a large degree of independence and helped me build a comfortable income for my family, I am acutely aware of my risk as a self employed individual. As a hedge against living off of social security in the future (if it still exists), I want to begin creating wealth in other ways, primarily through real estate investing. I'm new to this and am learning as much as I can. Like everything I do, I am going to research hard and then dive in. I'm here to learn, meet others and share what I know.
