I'm originally from Minnesota, but now live in the Seattle area working as an Engineer for Boeing. Looking to build up my real estate business and become financially free through real estate. Always looking to meeting new people and make connections. Experience: Completed a flip in the summer of 2017 Been ramping up my direct mail campaign the past couple months (sending out around 2000 postcards a month) Real Estate Goals: I aspire to leave corporate America and jump into real estate investing full time by June 2019. I want to have more time to spend with my beautiful wife and daughter and have more flexibility to do what I enjoy instead of working just to make an income. My long-term goal is to own a large (250+ unit) apartment building. 2018 Goals - Complete 10 wholesale deals for a total profit of at least $75k - Wholesaling at least 2 deals/mo consistently by Dec 31st, 2018 - Complete 1 flip and sell for a profit of at least $40k 2023 (5 year) Goals - $100k/yr passive income from 25+ units - $250k/yr total gross income Currently Seeking: Would love to connect and network with more local investors in the Seattle area. Looking to build up my online presence. Residential properties to flip. Private lenders to fund flips.
