Ryan Theige

Born in and raised in the Bay Area but have been living in beautiful San Diego for about 6 years now. I work for a Commercial Real Estate SaaS company as a Sr. AE. One major plus is I personally work with a lot of owners/investors, lenders, developers, and of course brokers. This has allowed me to make great contacts and learn for people who are doing deals. The 2nd biggest benefit of working at my company is the access to a lot of CRE (including MF) data (on market & off market properties) which I use as a tool to practice analyzing deals. Now that I feel comfortable in the RE space I want to being my journey to personally start investing- specifically targeting MF. I love to network and of course am always willing to talk and help others any way I can! Excited to finally jump in- just searching for my first deal! I’d love to connect and hear from you!
