Ryan Merkel

Hi there! My name is Ryan, and I have been a self-employed marketing and freelance writer for years. One of my most popular areas of expertise was real estate. Essentially, I was the guy writing those blog articles and helping to promote the websites of wholesalers and investors! It didn't take long for me to stop writing and marketing for others, and just do this thing myself. I then jumped in the deep end, only wrote sparingly and in other areas of expertise, and began cold calling my entire city- almost literally. Six months later and I have a solid network and some deals behind me, and looking to dive deeper into the web real estate community.
