Ryan Zamora

Hello, I am currently a full time law enforcement supervisor. I have been in this profession for 8 years. Prior to that I was in the construction industry. I am living in my third house. Through my construction skills and knowledge I traded up and live in a wonderful part of town with my wife and our two girls. I am excited to begin getting to real estate. I am reading, listening, and generally absorbing as much information as I can. I currently have enough for a down payment for a rehab rental but doubt a bank will lend me the money up front for a property like that. I am excited anyway and researching properties and people who may be able to contribute and gain from my first investment! Looking forward to get to know all of you, and your stories!!!
