Iowa State grad of 2010 with a degree in Agricultural Business. Looking for buy and hold rental properties. Currently as of August 2016 trying to close on first deal of 3 rental properties from a wholesaler in Waterloo,IA. As of April 24, 2018 currently at 16 doors and closing on another 9 more in a month. Looking to connect in other markets in the next few months and do my first OOS deal.
