I am the co-founder of "Wilson & Meritt Investments". We strategically acquire and renovate homes in neighborhoods where civic and community investment are planned or currently active. We work hard to achieve successful returns for our investors, beautiful spaces for vacationers and renters, as well as engage in the redevelopment of our community. Portfolio: Flips - we have slow flipped our 3 previous homes for profits ranging from $19000-$37000 Rentals - 9 rental units (3 SFM and 3 Duplexes). Revenue of $4650/month Airbnb - we have used our primary residence to gross $1600 in revenue in just 6 stays. My wife and I also help other investors design and implement their projects. She handles the design and works closely with the contractors to ensure the vision for the home is executed.
