As an active investor and real estate broker in Jacksonville I've been involved with projects ranging from quick turns to six figure renovations. My drive in the real estate realm was spring-boarded after 5 years of owning/operating a successful FedEx Home Delivery business. I grew that company to 11 vehicles before selling and transitioning to Florida from my home state of Connecticut. Our brokerage also has a property management division, Lifestyles Rental Services, that currently manages over 900 properties in the Jacksonville area.
