I’m the Business Development & Partner Relations Manager at S8 Acquisition, where I’m responsible for identifying, building, and curating relationships with real estate professionals across the country who can bring valuable inventory, market expertise, and local resources to our investor network. A major part of my role is growing our network of agents, brokers, wholesalers, property managers, operators, and other real estate professionals who have access to investment inventory. I work to identify opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships and help integrate strong partners with our team so we can create an efficient, repeatable channel for moving their inventory to our network of 350+ active real estate investors. S8 Acquisition specializes in helping investors acquire affordable rental properties, with a strong focus on Section 8 housing. Beyond acquisitions, our team supports investors through tenant placement, property management resources, and the systems needed to build long term, cash flowing rental portfolios throughout the United States. Prior to S8 Acquisition, I played key roles in helping scale award winning hospitality, real estate, and property management companies throughout Tennessee. My background includes short term rental operations, business development, project management, self storage management, residential property management, and startup growth initiatives. I’m passionate about building meaningful relationships, creating scalable systems, and connecting great people with opportunities that create value on both sides.
