About myself
Husband and father of 4, I've taken on real estate investing full-time. New investor, looking to gain some capital by first wholesaling deals. Primary niche is single family homes and then branching out to other vehicles of real estate investing--such as apartments/multi-units, land, and commercial units. Update: 1/9/2010 - Have closed a handful of wholesale deals...highest priced home was $275K...with $15k assignment fee. Please send me some deals that you may have. And I will also post deals here.
