I've learned that one of the keys to wealth and to retiring happy is to have multiple streams of income. I am presently generating about $1500 per month in passive income and am working hard to educate myself and grow my portfolio. I am primarily invested in duplex units but I am intrigued by 8-10 unit apartments and i am looking to get in. Since about 2011 I have been interested in Midtown Sacramento but I missed that boat. Too high now for investors looking for decent cash on cash return. I am turning to areas with good population growth based on big employers who are doing lots of hiring. Currently hunting in Chandler and Phoenix AZ areas.
