My name is Sach. I moved to United States in 1999. Barely spoke English at the time. I bought my first property in 2004. I house hacked that property for 10+ years. In the mean time bought few other properties. All of them were fixer-upper. Long term goal is to invest in larger multifamily buildings. So here I am looking to network, learn and grow in real estate buisness. I am currently investing in Indianapolis market. Some of my hobbies and interests are trying in martial arts (MMA), mountain biking, camping, travel, volunteering, teaching others what I know, real estate and business and self improvement.
