Sagar Dalal

I have more than 10 years of experience in the fields of real estate, marketing and investor relations specializing in fund marketing, investor communications, private equity fund raising, asset marketing, web marketing, corporate communications, financial reporting, event planning and road show presentations. I am the co-founder and principal of the real estate fund advisory division at Beckerman. The division works with real estate fund managers by advising on fund structuring, best practices in investor communications and relations as well as developing and executing on their fund marketing program. Prior, I served as president of ANS Performance Consulting, a firm I founded to provide fund formation, investor relations and marketing advisory services to emerging fund operators. Previously, I served as vice president of investor relations and fund marketing at Sterling Equities Inc., where I successfully helped raise $600 million of equity for the firm’s fifth and largest fund. I was responsible for all marketing and communications for the firm’s real estate funds and was directly involved in their formation and funding. I further directed the firm’s investor relations, public relations and acquisitions and asset marketing teams. I started my career with Citigroup where I was an assistant vice president within Citigroup’s e-business division. I am a member of numerous real estate organizations including NAIOP, where I am chairman of the Developing Leaders group. I am a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied marketing and communications at the Wharton School and the Annenberg School for Communications.
