Sadler Surratt

Hi BiggerPockets Community! I’m Sadler, a Portfolio Advisor with REI Nation, and I’m thrilled to join this incredible network of real estate enthusiasts and investors! A little about what I do: I specialize in helping investors build and grow their portfolios through turnkey real estate. With over 20 years of experience and operations in 11 high-performing markets, REI Nation simplifies the process of owning rental properties by offering fully renovated homes, pre-leased with long-term tenants, and professionally managed in-house. What I enjoy most about my role is the opportunity to connect with investors, hear their goals, and help create strategies to achieve financial freedom through real estate. Whether you’re a seasoned investor or just starting out, I’d love to be a resource and answer any questions you might have. Feel free to connect with me—I’m always happy to chat about real estate, share insights, or brainstorm investment strategies!
