I work in the banking and finance industry. I am always recommending that my clients diversify their portfolios. Most of the time the only options that is given are stocks, bonds, and mutual funds (broadly speaking). I believe real estate should be part of that portfolio, and I prefer to practice what I preach. So I've started my journey of learning more and more about real estate investing. I'm excited to learn more for the betterment of myself and others.
