Gerardo E. Saldana

I am a teacher by calling and by profession who does a bit of real estate on the side. Hello, my name is Gerardo and it's a pleasure to make your acquaintance. I am very passionate about helping people and about teaching, so those passions led me to become a middle school science teacher. The work is tough but the rewards are great, I love it! I first got involved in real estate at the age of 15, when I started helping out the parents of a friend do some rehabbing after school for a couple bucks. Since then, I've been learning about real estate and bunkered down on the strategy of purchasing and holding rental properties in Southern California. I used my own money along with conventional financing, so although the strategy has worked, it has proven to be very slow in the creation of wealth. Now I am ready to step to the next level and use some leverage to increase the number of rentals that I can acquire. I am here in this community looking to learn and to share my experiences in the hopes that they can be of help to someone else. If you see me on the forum, please send me a message and say hi!
