About myself
Short Sale Negotiator. I work with banks trying to keep homeowners out of foreclosure. If the seller cannot get a loan mod or re-fi, a short sale is for them. I ether buy, then fix and flip these homes, or find an end buyer. I am not a mortgage broker or a real estate agent.
