I am a Real Estate Attorney, who holds a Georgia Real Estate Salesperson's license (inactive currently). I invest in tax deeds, and have converted those investments into simple sales once title is quieted, flips once I fix up the property, and the occasional redemption. As an attorney, I handle tax deed foreclosures of the right of redemption, quiet title cases, setting up corporate entities, lease drafting/customization, and evictions (commercial and residential). My firm also handles real estate closings.
