Hello BiggerPockets ! My name is Samantha, I am joining from the beautiful city of Miami Florida and so excited to make great connections while on my journey as a lender and future investor. Going into my third year as a Loan Officer licensed in FL I am focused on building a solid network of compassionate and driven individuals I can grow with in the industry; while believing in providing solutions, perseverance, consistency, and always remaining resourceful with my partnered relationships. Investing has become a strong desire of mine over the years so I look forward to the transition as I become more seasoned in real estate finance. I quickly became interested in the renovation process and the transformation of flipping homes from watching local projects take place, coming to realize this was a desire and opportunity I may not want to pass up if I had the chance. 2018: My goal is to purchase two investment properties & plan for my first flip in either 2018 or early 2019 I have already taken in so much from bigger pockets resources, I cant wait to connect and go further with the community.
