Hello, My husband and I are Rookie real estate investors. We self manage our property and have done all the rehab ourselves. We are each others Yin and Yang, where I am the property manager and he is the 'contractor'. We like to fish, hunt, camp, paddle board, float rivers, and enjoy snow sports. Our goal is to build wealth, buy back our time, and build generational wealth. We are currently in the knowledge building phase of our journey to help us make the right move and ensure the next purchase gets us to our long term goal.
