I am a small fish looking for ideas on investing in rental properties. I think much later on I may look into flipping but I want a passive income stream as the fundamental of my investment strategy. I have made two separate home purchases, one duplex, and one single family. They were both VA owner occupant purchases. I have another 10 months before I can move again but would really rather keep what I have, live in the home I just purchased, and be able to leverage while the rates are still low. I will never get to volume that I want doing what I am so I'm trying to find a faster, more cost effective way to increase my volume.
