As a property investor himself, he excels at analyzing investment opportunities and is well versed in the investor’s point of view (ROI, cap rates, interest rates, value-add opportunities, etc.). He manages multiple Airbnb properties in the area, so he is especially knowledgeable in the short-term rental investing space. Sam is originally from Fallston, Maryland but, with a love of the beaches, moved to Melbourne to attend college at Florida Tech.
