I am looking to become a real estate investor in the Tri-city Michigan area. My wife and I closed on own first duplex in October 2016 and our second in February 2018. Our goal is to obtain as many multi-family properties as possible to one day become financial independent. Cashflow is King! I'm looking to find answers to my questions, and also answer questions to others that need help. I also was to keep up with the latest tricks/hacks for real estate investing.
