I'm currently a physical therapist in Seattle and do a combination of investing with the goal of building passive income including: real estate, the stock market and a small business selling various products primarily on Amazon. Primarily invest around the Seattle area and northern Washington but I'm open to exploring other markets. Besides PT, I'm an avid skier and love exploring the outdoors. Experience: Own and self manage a four-plex in Mount Vernon, Wa and a 6-plex in Sedro Woolley with a property manager. Own commercial mixed use space in skykomish, Wa featuring Smokey's BBQ. Have invested syndication deals in the self storage, mobile home and hard money lending. Real Estate Goals: I would like to build up cash flow to work as a physical therapist because I want to, not because I have to. Currently Seeking: Mentorship in developing vacation rentals in a mountain community. Finding cash flowing properties north of Seattle, specifically in the Skagit Valley. Always interested in syndication deals or partnerships.
