I am a buy and hold investor active since 2007 and am interested in Single-family, commercial, and land deals. My strategy is to buy foreclosure, short sale, estate sale as well as cosmetic fixers at a below-market price to expedite the equity built up in these properties. In the past, I have worked with Chase bank defining retail branch distribution and market expansion strategy. I utilize the same methods for identifying markets for appreciation or cash flow potential. I am keen on networking with investors and RE professionals with similar interests to learn from each other.
