I currently run an E-commerce business with five employees that keeps be busy and is my main source of income. As my business grows, I want to learn about real estate investing as a source to build wealth in addition to passive income. My plan is to spend the next 12-18 months learning about RE investing and potentially getting my residential license to get more familiar with the industry and how it works.
