Hi. I’m Samir Montenegro, There’s no place else on earth quite like Boca Raton, Florida and owning property here is one of the great privileges of life. I love this area and I’m convinced that you will love it too if you want to plant roots of your own in the south east coastal beaches. These are the type of questions that I am always asking myself before I invest in a property: When to buy? Where to buy? What areas should I avoid? How can I really make sure I’m getting a good deal? These are the same questions that you, fellow investor, are probably asking yourself on a daily basis, but we will find those answer if we do everything it takes to make it happen by being smart, positive and taking action without limitations !!! I love the real estate business and have been part of the bigger pockets community since 2016. I am still working hard to gain the experience and the know-how to help my business to make the best possible decisions. I also getting specialized training in real estate negotiation because real estate has being my obsession since I was a teenager. My father was my very first real estate mentor. He taught me how to perfectible put in action "the art of the deal" by watching him how he skillfully was able to convince, make and close deals in less time than I've ever thought was possible. I am also working really hard to become a real professional like my father so that I can leave a legacy for my children. In the meantime, I am studying really extra hard to make sure my future real estate transaction deals are a complete success !!!
