I grew up primarily in Bucks County, PA, and have had the privilege of living all over the world during my 21 years in the Marine Corps, including North Carolina, Japan, California, and Hawaii. Now retired, I’ve planted roots in Eastern North Carolina, where I’m dedicated to helping others achieve their real estate goals as a REALTOR®. I specialize in serving military families and real estate investors around Camp Lejeune, MCAS New River, and MCAS Cherry Point. My real estate journey began in 2007 with a VA Loan house hack. Since then, I’ve owned, managed, and sold a single-family rental in Eastern NC, invested as a limited partner in large multifamily deals, and acted as a private lender on a project in Milwaukee. As an agent, I’ve had the honor of assisting active-duty and veteran servicemembers in buying or selling homes in the Eastern North Carolina area. Each transaction has deepened my understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by military families and investors. Goals and Vision I’m passionate about empowering veterans and active-duty servicemembers through real estate. My goals include: - Partnering on multifamily investments as a limited partner. - Collaborating with Residential Assisted Living (RAL) investors. - Helping 1,000 veterans and servicemembers on their real estate journeys. Looking ahead, my ultimate mission is to establish a nonprofit dedicated to paying off the mortgages of veterans wounded in action (WIA) and the spouses of those killed in action (KIA).
